Accessing capacitance data

I'm sure this is a silly question, but I haven't found a good answer. Absent of the AC/DC or MEMS module, using just electrostatics, is there a way to calculate the capacitance of an interdigitated capacitor? I have the model made and solved, I just can't figure out how to switch from showing electric potentials to outputting a number for the capacitance of the sensor. Everything I've read relies on the MEMS module and C11_emes. I could reformat the model for that module, but I was just curious if there was a way to do it with basic electrostatics.
Thanks

Hi

A capacitance is a geometrical driven feature (except for material "er") so once you have a geometry well defined you should be able to integrate it out from your model.
The capacitance changes will be more model and physics dependent though

Good luck
