Want to remesh the geometry every 3 seconds

I am doing a simulation which elements are expected to undergo severe mesh deformation. I would like to remesh the geometry of the domain every 3 seconds. Which field can I set to acompolish my purpose? I am using COMSOL 3.5a. Thanks.
