Create Results Table from Data Set

My goal is to be able to take the potential difference across 2 horizontal boundaries as a function of x to use in my next iteration. My plan was to take a 2D cut line at each boundary and subtract them using a join dataset. Using this dataset, I was able to plot my potential as a function of x on a line graph, but could not make a results table of the points. I wanted to have this results table so it could feed into an interpolation function that I want to use in the next iteration. Any help is appreciated.
