single slit diffraction

Hi! I am trying to model a reflective diffraction grating and I want to start from the basic Fraunhofer Single Slit Diffraction. My question is that can COMSOL RF module simulate Fraunhofer single slit diffraction automatically when I add plane wave to a slit? I read the example "Plasmonic Wire Grating" but I feel that comsol is just plotting the diffraction pattern rather than solving it out. How can I use comsol to actually solve the diffraction intensity when I model the real grating with finite number of fingers? Can anyone give me some advice? Thank you!
