How to make a velocity or shear stress contour

Hello!,


I'm studying Chemical Engineering and I need to do a mixer system, with the impeller and the tank..I have some of the data I need such as density, rps and viscosity and I need to do a velocity contour and a shear stress contour but I'm not sure how to do it..


Anyone can help me?
