Multi-pulses simulation

HI,

I tried to simulate the heat influance of two (and more) pulses on substrate. I defined the Q_in of the system as Q_0 multiply by a chain of pulses. The problem is that in the cases of long pulses (more than 1 usec) all looks ok, however when I check it for shorter pulses 0.5 usec the Q_in graph looks ok but it seems the simulation doesn't account the pulses (except of the first pulse). I took the time step to be 1/100 of the pulse width. [When I plot a graph of the thermal profile and the Q_in profile it shows that in the time of the second pulse there is Q_in but there isn't thermal change]
