Surface Forces on Nanostructures

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I would like to simulate surface forces taking place within a MEMS micromirror device. In my model, a flat geometry slides over surface covered with nanostructures and over another flat surface. I would like to compare the COFs of the two different surfaces. Rather than inputting the COF manually, is there a way to insert a theoretical equation into COMSOL to obtain realistic results?
