Can I use beam module in structural mechanics to analyze plastic problems in a beam?

Hellow,

Can I use beam module in structural mechanics to analyze plastic problems in a beam? I have tried to use the variable Young's modulus to simulate nolinear stretch, but I don't know how to simulate the plastic bending?
